Lifting Consultation

Whether you’re a male or female, a beginner or regular gym goer, ask yourself:

  • Am I afraid to increase the weight on the bar because I’m worried about using bad technique?
  • Do I feel out of place and embarrassed in the gym, because I don’t really know what I’m doing?
  • Am I frustrated with a lack of results from lifting?
  • Do I have aches, pains and constantly feel and sore?

If you answered “Yes” to any of the above, then please keep reading…

The reality is, you started lifting because you wanted all the benefits that it could bring:

- Head-turning muscle

- Less body fat to make you look ripped

- To get stronger and make friends jealous

- Looking better naked

Yet, up until this point, your only lifting coaches have resided within the confines of YouTube and Instagram – and you’re not entirely sure about the validity of their advice.

They might look the part, but one thing’s for sure – they can’t provide you with instant and personalised feedback. Even if you film yourself lifting - do you know what you’re looking for?

It’s never a case of just getting under the bar and mindlessly moving it from point A to point B.

That ^^^ is setting yourself up for crushing failure.

Your body needs to be correctly positioned and then moved around the bar in a way that makes it easier to lift BIG weights, but also keeps it safe so you never get injured or feel beat up.

I know what you’re thinking – ‘perfect form is overrated.’

But let me ask you this – Are you COMPLETELY pain-free and do you have the body you want yet?

If not, I guarantee it’s because you’re using bad technique (even if you don’t realise it.)

Don’t believe me?

Keep reading, and I guarantee that by the end of this article, you’ll see exactly where I’m coming from.

Want to make lifting big weights effortless?

Use perfect form.

Trust me, when you nail your technique, you’re hit with a sudden surge of strength that makes even your most challenging of weights feel effortless. Imagine the feeling of being so much safer and more secure when you’re handling the iron and that huge boost in confidence you’ll have when you get under the bar.

By exploiting your new superhuman abilities, you’ll catapult your lifts to brand new levels, which will drive you closer to your dream physique AND your strength goal.

After coaching 100+ people to add hundreds of pounds to their lifts, all while staying completely injury-free, I’ve been able to narrow down 3 pieces of advice that you can take away and use right now.

Want to know these three unconventional, yet incredibly powerful methods that will immediately make you look stronger?

Do you want to read them?

#1 Refine Your Set Up

Every good lift is built on a solid foundation, which means a great set-up.

By taking the time to make sure your body is exactly where it needs to be in relation to the bar, and then making sure you’ve applied tension to all the right muscle groups, you will provide a solid platform to safely and efficiently move more weight.

#2 Go slow

Lowering the weights slowly not only increases the safety of the lift, it also maximises your control of the weight.

Having more control of the weight means you don’t waste any energy, which therefore maximises the effort you can put into the lift.

Don’t make the mistake of rushing the sets and trying to get them done as quickly as possible – this is a rookie error made by people who don’t have the guts to take it slow.

#3 Concentrate!

The only thing that should be on your mind during a lift is the task at hand.

Mental energy expended on any other thought will result in decreased strength. Greater concentration allows for better execution of proper form, which creates a safer and more effective training environment.

After regularly implementing the above tips into their training, my clients all experienced the same thing – improved confidence and strength.

Client Testimonials

"Through Will's Lifting Consultation, I was bought back down to earth with a bump - and using low weights, spent time learning good compound movement patterns and technique (...... and unlearning some of my bad habits....). Gradually I accepted the value of focussing on one goal and leaving reps in the tank. I also came to accept the mantra that improved quality of reps at the same weight does equate to progression!

Through lots of reps, always trying to improve my form, and through understanding how each compound movement should feel, I regained my love of lifting and gradually the weights started to increase. Over time Will worked out that I responded well to volume and made a series of adjustments to my lifting program, which alongside advice relating to how to improve my breathing and core stability, underpinned rapid progression.

Will is pretty flexible, and had to work around my preference to train fasted and to keep the calories in check. Despite the last year being extremely stressful, I'm still pretty lean, am feeling healthier, stronger and importantly I'm also sleeping better. I'm really enjoying my new lease of love for lifting, and am extremely grateful to Will for showing me a new way."

“A lifting consultation with Will has turned out to be the best thing my partner and I have ever done (the results speak for themselves!)

We went to the gym for an initial session, and Will was an absolute star from day 1. He talked (and walked) us through techniques thoroughly, ensuring we had the knowledge and understanding to go away and begin lifting safely. Following this, he designed a programme for us to fit around our busy lifestyle, enabling us to train together while achieving different goals.

Anyone who knows Will or has been trained by him can back-up just how passionately he believes in what he does!”

Using the above 3 tips, you will quickly and easily make yourself stronger.

No complicated programs, no supplements and no weight gain shakes needed.

But this isn’t all there is.

You see, using these methods is one thing, but applying them correctly is another.

Did you know that there’s one thing (and one thing ONLY) that can provide up to double the strength gains in half the time.

Let me show you…

Introducing the Will Davis Training Lifting Consultation:

The #1 way to add 15kg to your total in under 1 hour

This is the dirty little secret your personal trainer doesn’t want you to know.

Does the above sound crazy?

The thing is, if your personal trainer, or even you yourself can’t manage it, then something’s wrong.

Because the average lifter (even someone who’s trained for 5-10 years) SHOULD be able to do this.

You’ve probably heard it all before, but the shocking truth is that it is perfectly possible (even EASY) to add 15kg to your bench press and deadlift with just 1 session.

My clients never believed it before either, yet they all managed it in one consultation with me.

However, before I tell you more about my Lifting Consultations, let me be clear: They are NOT for everyone.

What you learn from the consultation, you need to then take away and apply to your own training.

If you’re not willing to accept that you may need to make changes to your technique, then I may not be able to help you.

But that’s ok, not everybody is ready to do what it takes to absolutely smash their training goals.

But my guess though, is if you’re reading this, you are.

So let me tell you what’s involved with one of my Lifting Consultations:

Part 1 – An in-person assessment of your lifting technique in 2-3 lifts that you find the most difficult.

Part 2 – Full coaching in these lifts to ensure that you are fully aware of how to lift properly and with sound technique.

Part 3 – A 4-week training programme that focuses on these lifts and will see that you get stronger.

This is all planned for you, right down to the minute details, so all you have to do is go to the gym, do the work, and exercise no extra brain power whatsoever.

I take away all the stress of planning your own programme.

Now, I know what you’re thinking: How much does it cost?

Let me answer that. The full value of what I’m offering is £260:
